Shenandoah Conservatory is proud to announce that it has been selected as a site for an Essentially Ellington Regional High School Band Festival in Winchester, Virginia, on Saturday, January 19, 2019. Matthew Niess, professor of trombone and founder of the National Jazz Workshop will serve as director and Robert Larson, Director of Jazz Studies will serve as host of this year’s event.
